Nam Aik involved in numerous projects with massive superstructures of elements such as columns (steel and RC), beams (steel & precast RC)and slabs (semi-precast) RC slabs, steel deckings etc.
With a team of experienced supervisors and structural sub-contractors, Nam Aik has completed many projects as main contractor and have handled all types of precast concrete installations involving precast staircase, topping to partial precast slabs and the use of system formwork eg. Peri ASia, Aluminium formwork etc.
Ability to comply to Consultant’s Buildability and Contractor’s Constructability Scores and fulfill requirements by BCA and in compliance to safety requirements set out by various governmental authorities and agencies.
